EARLY REGISTRATION RATE
Early registration rates apply only if full payment is received one month prior to the start date of the activity. Otherwise, regular fees apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel at any time and receive a full refund if you are ill AND if you provide us with written notice as soon as possible.

To cancel for any reason other than illness, you must advise us 7 days prior to the starting date of your registered activity in order to receive a refund. This is to ensure that someone on the waitlist will have an opportunity to take your place.
WE REGRET THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS THAT OCCUR LATER THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE STARTING DATE OF THE ACTIVITY UNLESS IN THE CASE OF ILLNESS.
